Shipping
Shipping time is made up of two parts: processing time (when we prepare your order) and transit time (when the carrier is moving your package). All orders ship from our studio in Virginia.
Prints: 3–5 business days to process, then 3–7 business days in transit domestically.
Originals: 3–5 business days to process, then 3–7 business days in transit.
Spoken Word: Delivered instantly via email — no shipping needed.
International orders may take 7–21 additional business days in transit, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in Virginia. International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and typically take 7–21 business days in transit after processing, depending on your country and customs.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.

Prints are rolled or flat-packed with protective interleaving, placed in rigid mailers or tubes designed to prevent bending and moisture exposure.
Original paintings are wrapped carefully with protective materials and shipped in rigid packaging to prevent damage in transit. Larger originals may be crated for additional protection.
Orders ship from Virginia via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. The carrier is selected to best protect your order in transit.
Orders & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com) to follow your package in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours after your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Can't find your confirmation email? Check your spam folder first. Still having trouble? Contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of placing the order.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, but only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before the order has shipped. Once an order is in the hands of a carrier, we are unable to redirect it.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.
First, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors, household members, or building management
• Looking in any secure delivery spots (porch, garage, mailroom)
• Waiting 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered slightly early
If your package still hasn't turned up, contact the carrier directly to file a trace request. Then reach out to us and we'll help however we can.
Returns & Refunds
No — all sales of original artwork are final. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, please reach out — we're happy to share additional photos, dimensions, or answer any questions to help you feel confident in your decision.
We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
• A clear photo of the damaged print
• A photo of the outer packaging (including any visible carrier damage)
• Your order number
We'll offer you a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Prints are not returnable due to change of mind or color perception differences between screens. We do our best to photograph artwork accurately, but monitor calibrations vary between devices.
To get the most accurate sense of color before purchasing, we suggest viewing product images on multiple devices (phone, laptop, desktop monitor).
No — digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, wrong product delivered), please contact us and we will resolve it right away.
Artwork & Prints
Prints are sold unframed unless the product listing specifically states otherwise. The listed size includes borders, which are part of the final print dimensions.
If you have questions about a specific print's dimensions, get in touch.
We photograph all artwork to be as color-accurate as possible, but screen calibrations vary between devices. Colors may appear slightly different in person compared to your monitor or phone.
If color accuracy is important to you, we recommend viewing the listing on multiple screens. You're also welcome to reach out and we can describe the tones and hues in detail.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Jahnette Tucker after purchase. A standard purchase does not grant commercial rights, licensing, or permission to reproduce in any form.

Spoken Word
After completing your purchase, a download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout — usually within minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
If you haven't received your link within 1 hour, please contact us with your order number.
No. Spoken word recordings are licensed for your personal listening only and may not be shared, redistributed, uploaded to streaming platforms, or used in any public or commercial content without written permission from Jahnette Tucker.
Commissions
Commission inquiries are handled through the Contact page. Share details about what you're envisioning — subject, size, color palette, intended display space — and we'll follow up to discuss the project.
Yes. A deposit is required before work begins. The amount and terms will be discussed and agreed upon individually before the project starts. Deposits are non-refundable once the creative process has begun.
Final payment is due before the piece is shipped.
Every commission is different. Timeline depends on size, complexity, and current studio schedule. An estimated completion date will be discussed and confirmed before work begins so you know exactly when to expect your piece.
