Every piece that leaves this studio is made with intention and inspected with care. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out — we will always do our best to make it right.


Original Artwork — All Sales Are Final

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please review all product photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing an original. If you have questions about a specific piece — color, texture, scale in a room — email info@jahnettetucker.com before completing your purchase. We're happy to provide additional photos or video to help you feel confident.

In the rare event that an original arrives damaged due to transit, please photograph the damage (including the packaging) and email info@jahnettetucker.com within 48 hours of delivery. Transit damage cases will be handled individually and may involve a carrier claim on your behalf.


Prints — Damaged or Defective Items

Every print is inspected before it leaves the studio. If your print arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, email info@jahnettetucker.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A photo of the damaged print
  • A photo of the outer packaging
  • Your order number

We will offer a replacement or refund at your choice for verified transit damage or defective items.

We are not able to issue refunds or replacements for prints damaged after delivery through mishandling (creasing, tearing, smudging, moisture exposure, etc.). All listed print sizes include borders as part of the final dimensions — please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Prints are not returnable due to color perception differences between screens. We recommend viewing product photos on multiple devices if color accuracy is a priority.


Spoken Word & Digital — All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, spoken word recordings and downloadable files are not eligible for refunds or returns once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with a file (corrupted download, wrong file delivered, etc.), email info@jahnettetucker.com and we will resolve it promptly.


Commissions — Cancellations

Commission deposits are non-refundable once the creative process has begun. If you need to cancel before work has started, email info@jahnettetucker.com as soon as possible and we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

Final commissioned pieces are non-returnable, as they are custom works created specifically for you.
