All orders ship from Virginia. Each package is packed by hand with care — every shipment leaves with intention and attention.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within the timeframes below. Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and does not include transit time.

Note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Carriers & Transit Times
Orders ship from Virginia via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of the package. The carrier is selected to best protect your order in transit.

These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs processing, or carrier volume are outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com) to follow your package in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to activate on the carrier's site.
If you have not received a tracking confirmation within the expected processing window, please check your spam folder first, then email info@jahnettetucker.com.
Updating a Shipping Address
If you need to correct or change your shipping address, email info@jahnettetucker.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.
Jahnette Tucker is not responsible for undelivered or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please review your address carefully before completing your purchase.
If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Alternatively, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost.
International Orders — Duties, Taxes & Customs
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged upon arrival in their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs agency.
If you refuse delivery and the item is returned in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the product cost only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All packages are declared at their full purchase value. We will not falsify customs documentation under any circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and any household members
- Check around your building, mailbox, or any secure location
- Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early
- Contact the carrier directly to file a trace request
- Email info@jahnettetucker.com if the issue remains unresolved
Jahnette Tucker is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting signature-required shipping at checkout if available.
